What Kind of Music Touches The Strings of My Heart.

People cannot live without music. They listen to music, dance to music or learn to play musical instruments. There is music everywhere: at home, in a concert hall, in the park, at the seaside, in the forest and even in the street.
Music is not a combination of pleasant sounds only. It is an art which reflects life. Music reflects people's ideas and emotions. In this world of ours, filled with conflicts, tragedies, joys and hopes, music strives to speak to people of what is most important, urgent and poignant.
Music in the lives of different people is different: some compose music, others play music, and others only listen to it. A lot of people who cannot play any musical instrument love to listen to music either at home or at a con-cert. Different people like different kinds of music. You may prefer pop or rock music, country or folk music, classical music or jazz, but you certainly cannot think of a day without music.

I like different kinds of music, but my favourite style of music is rock music, because it is breathtaking and full of energy. When I listen to rock music it makes me remember happy times and forget the problems of everyday life. It helps me to relax when I'm tired, and entertains me when I'd like to have fun. My favourite groups are Lacuna Coil, 30 Seconds To Mars, Breaking Benjamin, Flyleaf, Three Days Grace, Avril Lavigne, Sick Puppies, Cult to Follow, Paramore, Linkin Park, Tribal Ink,  Dead By Sunrise, Skillet, The.Pretty.Reckless. I can't but admire their style of singing. I find it fascinating and overwhelming. When I have free time I listen to their records. I also like having background music while I am working.
It goes without saying that music plays a very important role in people's lives. It reflects our moods and emotions. Music appeals to our hearts and transforms our feelings. It conquers our souls and enriches our minds. Besides, listening to music is the perfect way to spend free time and not to feel bored. You can hardly find a person who doesn't like or need music and who never sings or dances. Music is beauty in sounds; it is our magic source of inspiration.

Valentine Poems
Even if the sun refused to shine
Even if romance ran out of rhyme
You would still have my heart
Till the end of time
I Love You
**
I love you more now
....than when you began
to read this Valentine's card
**
Be my valentine - go on say you will
If you say no I will be so ill
I am sure you do not want to be responsible for that
So just say YES and we can make a pact
A pact to see how we are as a pair
I am sure we can find things we like to share
So give it a try - please do
Because I am sure we will get along me and you
I adore London and everything connected with it. That`s why the love story I am going to tell you will take place in this magnificent city full of love and romance. Not only Paris can be world`s most romantic city.
The main character of my love story is Charlise, a single young lady living in London, spending long hours at the office and desperately wanting to find her Prince Charming…
Champagne, white truffles and a rose.
Charlise hurried back home to her computer every evening after her work at the office…
She never saw this man, but every evening she chated him. For a very long time they got on well on-line, clicked and had a good joke and a laugh. Eventually they met, one evening in Covent Garden, and the night turned interesting when her bag was stolen in the middle of the night.
He offered to take her home the next day, and so it happened, he became her night in shining amour- she stayed over at his, he helped her out the next day, drove her a long way to get home, waited with her in his car for hours, until she got a replacement key, and finally, when that key didn't actually unlock her flat door, he crawled up a ladder and got her in that way. Oh and gave her a mobile phone!

Fast forward to Valentine’s Day, where he surprised her by taking her to The London Eye, Waterloo, where they had a private capsule, all lit up in red light and a basket with champagne, white truffles and a rose for her.
She thought it was dead romantic, as you can imagine, but had NO IDEA, that when they reached the very top- he was going to pull out a beautiful diamond ring from his pocket, and propose to her right there at the top of London, on Valentine’s Day. She felt a very lucky woman indeed!!

They got married 9 months later, and now they have our 2 beautiful boys together.

Reasons Why a Chocolate is Better Than a Man.

  • No one's ever been jilted by a chocolate gateau.
  • After telling your chocolate bar all your worries you can simply eat it.
  • You can share chocolates with your best friend.
  • A bar of chocolate doesn't bore you by constantly talking about football.
  • Your mother will never disapprove of your choice of chocolate.

My Valentine`s Day tradition.

On St. Valentine`s Day I make a chocolate Valentine.  I combine, ice-cream, dark chocolate, biscuit and a liqueur to make a wonderful heart-shaped, mouth-watering desert.
However, making alcoholic ice cream is not easy, it takes practice to get the liqueur blended and frozen.  The good news is that even if the 'failures' don't look elegant, the still taste good.
      Ingredients for Valentine Chocolate Brownies:
  1. A box of brownie mix
  2. 2 eggs
  3. Half a cup of oil
  4. Two table-spoons of instant coffee
  5. One tea-spoon of vanilla essence
  6. 4 oz of quality dark chocolate, cut into smallish chunks.  (Use your favourite chocolate not a cheap cooking substitute)
  7. Three fingers of a liqueur such as Bailey's Cream.
Method to Make Valentine Chocolate Ice Cream

Preheat your oven to 340 degrees. Lightly grease a pan. Mix the liqueur with the instant coffee and vanilla; stir until the coffee is dissolved. In a large bowl, mix the brownie mixture, eggs and oil; stir vigorously.  Add the chocolate pieces. Pour mixture into the tin and coax the mixture out to the edges of the tin.  Place pan in a 340 degree oven. Bake for 13-16 minutes. When brownies are done to your liking (for about 13 minutes), remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
To create your sandwich masterpiece: use a heart-shaped cookie to create the brownies.   Take a clean tin and spread out the brownie hearts in a single layer in the pan.  Now get the ice cream from the freezer.   Cut the ice cream into shapes using the same heart-shaped cookie cutter you used for the brownies.
Carefully place the ice cream shape on top of one brownies and cover with another brownie. If you have time, repeat this process to create a double-decker sandwich.  Cover pan of Valentine sandwiches with cling-film (plastic wrap) and immediately place in the freezer.  After about an hour in the freezer, the sandwiches can be individually wrapped in plastic if desired.  For those not on a diet, you could even serve with whipped cream.

My problem is how to get start

To solve my problem of lack of vocabulary; first of all I should:
- inreach my vocabulary by means of reading books, dictionaries, making list of unknown words to this books.
- writing unknown words, interesting words for me on cards and pinning them up on the walls, on the refrigerator  or all over my flat.
- to watch the films, TV programms, to listen to the music, using the lyrics of the songs.

How to find work/life balance for the perfect English teacher

Let’s imagine such a situation. You are a perfect EFL teacher. You love your job, you like the people you work with, you have a great family but you seem to finish every day thinking 'There just aren't enough hours to get everything I need to do done'. Sadly you would not be alone in these thoughts.
Two of the top causes of teacher stress are excessive hours and workload. Add to this many problems stemming from conflicts of interest between school and home.
Every time you are asked to do out-of-hours activities, it's not just your work diary that needs to be re-scheduled but also your personal life, often impacting upon the plans made by family and friends. Imbalance occurs when such long hours to meet an urgent deadline become the norm for a teacher.
Most of us, EFL teachers are women trying to man-age several different roles, whether it's mother, breadwinner, wife or occasional nurse. With 85% of care still falling to the woman (as does the washing, ironing, birthday cards...), over one in five of us also have to care for both our elders and children. In the work/life, balance is about productivity, prioritising, communicating Balance in your own life, by contrast, is more to do with finding time for yourself, developing relationships, building your own self-worth, self-belief and confidence In teaching, as in all professions, it cannot be denied that a woman's needs, skills and desires often drop to the bottom of the pile, get forgotten or go unnoticed. Therefore to avoid that and   to create a work/life balance the following tips can be very helpful:
1. Think of your day as 24 hours. Make a schedule. Decide how much time you are going to spend sleeping, eating, being with family, working, leisure and time for 'me'. This isn’t always easy, but just to build up 10 minutes for yourself at first.
2.  If you take work home, set times when you will deal with this and be strict about it. Don't get distracted and then allow the work to drag on all night/weekend. Make sure you have a 'stop time' so that you can relax.
3. Once you've built up on 10 minutes 'for me', try to spend 30 minutes just doing nothing. If you can.
4. Ban sticky notes from your desk. You'll be distracted and react to them, rather than completing anything.
5. Refuse to argue over small things. It's a waste of time to bicker and causes more stress in the end.
6. Above all - strike a balance: work out when you have to give 100% and when just 70% will be OK.
